Here we go…the last ~1 hour of our trip. Just left Dad’s house after a nice dinner & breakfast made by Penny (thank you!) The boys got scrubbed up in the real bath tub last night, they will probably need another long soak tonight. Two loads of laundry (all towels) done, the RV has been vacuumed, and the bathroom is clean.

Another Family Vacation…complete. As they all say, it’s nice to leave/get away, but it’s also nice to get home. (I keep telling myself that because I am not really ready to get home…neither is Joe).

I am excited about all the great pictures we have & some really good video clips. Two big projects await me — a photobook & a vacation movie.

At Dad’s this morning, the boys wanted to draw. Nicholas said he wanted to draw a map…

He drew most of our vacation destinations — and it came out SO good! And then he wrote his name and date on the back. Such a cute picture. My Dad will have it on his refrigerator forever

In a few hours we have friends arriving in San Diego (Hotel LaGreca/RV will be ready!) for their family vacation. Summer is certainly a BUSY time — and San Diego is such a great vacation spot, especially when you have kids!

It’s likely that all will be quiet on the blogging front. I always do a much better job on the updates while we are away (plus, there is a LOT more to blog about and much better pictures to post on vacation).

We will be back in the RV for a weekend at the beach (Carlsbad) next month….
