Our Little Fish

2:18 pm Nicholas

As you know, Nicholas was introduced to the water (swimming pool) at 4 months old – when Joe started taking him to Grossmont Hospital for the “Water Adjustment Program” once a week.

It was clear to us that NCL absolutely loved the water WAY back then — so, it’s not a surprise that his fondness of the water/swimming has only gotten stronger.  In fact, our little boy has NO fear around a pool. He can’t WAIT to jump in off the side (sometimes, he doesn’t even wait until you are looking).  As soon as that happened, we KNEW we had to get him in “real” swim lessons.

NCL started Bubble Swim School a few weeks ago and WOW! I can’t even believe the difference it has made.  I haven’t been able to go to any of his lessons yet, but Joe is kind enough to video some of the activities in class.  I always look forward to watching NCL in the water.  And his progress is awesome! I am totally impressed.

Here are a few videos of our little fish SWIMMING! (And he isn’t even 2 years old yet — pretty cool, huh?)

So jealous! Ethan loves to be in the water but we don’t get him in the pool nearly as often as we should. Go Nicholas!! He’s a natural!

Oh my gosh! That is unreal…and kind of scary to watch. It’s totally amazing what he’s learning!
