ItÂ’s that time of year again. We are in need of some homemade Italian sausage! If you havenÂ’t participated in this unique experience – you are in for a treat. In fact, we will put you to work. First weÂ’ll make the sausage (depending on how much, it will take several hours), then weÂ’ll BBQ and eat.
If you are interested in taking some home, please email us the number of pounds and we will purchase the materials. We will let you know the cost on the 19th. If we donÂ’t hear from you by Nov. 12th (next Saturday), we will assume you would just like to participate on the big day and enjoy a good dinner with the freshest Italian sausage ever!

Looks like I missed a great party.
Just wondering where in Italy your family came from.
I live in Omaha, Nebraska and my family was from Campania. Italy.
